1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BACCVS ("the Platform", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. User Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use BACCVS.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Community Standards

Objectionable Content includes, but is not limited to:

• Sexually explicit material or pornography.
• Obscene, defamatory, libellous, or slanderous content.
• Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or orientation.
• Harassment, bullying, or threats against other users.
• Promotion of illegal activities or self-harm.

4. Safety: Reporting and Blocking

To ensure a safe environment, the Platform provides the following mandatory safety features:

• Reporting: Users can report any content that violates our standards directly within the app. We review all reports within 24 hours. If a violation is confirmed, the content will be removed.
• Blocking: Users can block any other user at any time. Blocking a user immediately prevents the blocked party from contacting you or viewing your content.
• Moderation: BACCVS reserves the right to use automated and manual moderation to filter and remove objectionable content.

5. Content Ownership & Licensing

• User Content: You retain ownership of content you create (posts, photos, videos).
• License Grant: By uploading content, you grant BACCVS a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it on the Platform.
• Removal Rights: We reserve the right to remove any content that, in our sole discretion, violates these terms or is deemed harmful to the community.

6. Subscriptions & Billing (Auto-Renewable)

BACCVS offers auto-renewable subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID/Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account Settings on the App Store/Google Play Store at any time after purchase.
• Privacy & Terms: Links to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are available within the app and must be reviewed before purchase.

7. Ticket Purchasing & Resale

• Ticket Validity: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer.
• Resale Terms: You may resell tickets through our marketplace subject to platform fees.
• Transaction Fees: BACCVS charges a platform fee on all transactions. All payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to their terms.

8. Event Posting & Organization

• Event organizers must provide accurate event details (date, time, location, pricing).
• BACCVS is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, or changes.
• Organizers must comply with all local laws and permit requirements.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

BACCVS and all Platform content (logos, code, brand) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or modify Platform content without explicit permission.

10. Limitations of Liability

The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. BACCVS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any event organizer or attendee.

11. Termination of Service

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or post objectionable content. Upon termination, you lose all access to your account data.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BACCVS operates.
